They offer a wide range of topics and choose the title for you. Once the article is written and accepted it then becomes exclusively owned by Demand Studios. Text Broker does offer quite a few article choices as well, but the pay is much lower. Both companies require prior approval before a writer can take advantage of these opportunities.
